Sehr schöner Artikel, aber vor allem tolle Kommunikation mit dem Verkäufer. Das Etsy-System signalisierte mir bei der Bestellung, dass die Transaktion schief gelaufen sei, woraufhin ich erneut bestellte, bis ich die Nachricht bekam, dass mir 2 Bestellungen berechnet wurden. Habe sofort eine Benachrichtigung geschrieben und der Verkäufer hat umgehend mit dem Storno einer Order reagiert. Und zwar sehr freundlich.
